FAITH WHIDDEN earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Since entering the legal field in 2005, she has built a well-rounded and accomplished career grounded in both legal knowledge and practical experience. Faith is extensively trained in mediation across a broad range of matters, with a focused concentration in domestic, civil, insurance, and contract disputes. Her background allows her to approach conflict resolution strategically, balancing legal precision with practical solutions. She has specialized experience in criminal case management and Family Law, bringing organization, insight, and strong client advocacy to every matter she handles. In addition, Faith is a trained Jury Consultant and commissioned Notary, and she is available to serve clients in these capacities as well. Her diverse education, specialized training, and years of hands-on experience make her a valuable and trusted legal professional.
MICHELLE BURR-JOHNSON earned her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Faulkner University. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Justice Administration, further strengthening her extensive legal background. She is a highly trained and experienced legal professional with over 15 years in the legal field. Michelle serves as the Lead Paralegal for Wooten Law’s Civil and Family Division, where she oversees case management, client relations, and legal support across a wide range of matters. She is formally trained in mediation, with experience handling disputes in all areas of Family Law, Evictions, and Civil Law. In addition to her paralegal leadership role, Michelle is a certified municipal magistrate and a commissioned Notary Public. She has completed certified paralegal training and brings a depth of knowledge, professionalism, and practical expertise to every case she handles.
CARMON PAIGE earned her Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law and brings a strong foundation of legal knowledge and practical experience to her work. She is trained in all areas of mediation and is highly skilled in resolving complex disputes efficiently and professionally. Paige’s primary areas of expertise include Civil and Domestic matters, where she applies strategic insight and a solutions oriented approach to each case. With 30 years of legal experience, including extensive work in juvenile law, Paige offers seasoned judgment, steady leadership, and a deep understanding of the legal system. Her decades of experience make her a trusted and effective advocate for the clients she serves.
